A website has three basic components: - Software
From basic HTML code which the browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) uses to interpret how a web page looks to complex database and JavaScript coding that gives a website functionality (e.g. e-Commerce functionality: the ability to sell things online).

The creative look of a site that reflects your companies brand. A good design will make your website stand out from everyone else's and ensures the content is appealing to the eye therefore enticing to your clients to read it.
- Content
The text and images on a web page. It also includes the product data used in an e-Commerce system.
Software Costs Software is the most expensive to develop and create - especially if you want to do something unique on the Internet. Millions of dollars have been spent over the years to create its unique solutions. The solution is like a production car: millions have been spent to develop it, but it can be easily reproduced - bringing down the per item cost to make it affordable for everyone. Much of the development has been in making it flexible and powerful enough to be suited to almost any company's or person's needs and/or desires - ensuring their web dream can become a reality. Internet software has three components to it: - Set-up Cost
The cost of setting the software up. This is paid once only. We have two types of plug-in products: single products and combination packages. The combined packages (denoted by shading) have been created as a rationalization of a group of individual products into a recognizable 'super' product - e.g. the CRM (Client Relationship Management) product requires the functionality found in several individual products, but also has its own unique dashboard interface not found in any of the other products.
- Hosting Cost
The cost of hosting it on our servers (e.g. enabling it to be accessible via the internet) and of ongoing support and upgrades. This is a monthly charge.
- Training Cost
The cost of training one person in your organization or a team of people to use the product.

Custom Functionality One of the powerful features of the platform is that it can be fully customized to suit you individual requirements. Unlike other software companies, much of our development work has been in the area of enabling us to rapidly customize our platform to suit an individual company's needs. In many cases, we consider our platform to be just the beginning of the whole application or system that you may require - and this is reflected in our pricing. Many large CRM systems, Accounting or POS systems cost ten to one hundred times what our systems cost - but they cannot be customized and have limited growth potential in terms of adding other systems to them (e.g. a CRM system may be complete in itself, but have no ability to have an accounting system fully integrated into it at any time in the future). Using the same budget (or, in many cases, much less budget) as you would normally have spent on a larger system, you can get our system fully customized to your exacting requirements - with the ability to expand it into a more complete system when ever you require it. Fully integrated systems can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars and be very expensive to setup. Our solution enables you to get that same functionality at a fraction of the cost - with it tailor made to suit your needs. And always remember, our upgrades come free-of-charge and your ongoing costs will always be less using our systems. Being software, almost anything is possible. However, what you think you need or want, when it comes to the basic website or e-Commerce functionality, may not produce the best results. We have built this platform over almost a decade and operate in eight countries around the world, it is to your advantage, and to the advantage of your wallet, that you consider very carefully what we have to say when we advise you as to what will work best for your business. In the end we will do exactly what you want, but will charge according to the time it takes to complete the work. All our programming charges are very low indeed - this is because our platform enables very rapid development of complex systems. Add custom forms to a page in very easy indeed - see below. More complex work will require detailed specifying to determine your exact needs. Training Costs We want you to enjoy using our products and feel totally comfortable with them. We provide comprehensive training in the use of all of our products and the setup fee includes an initial training session for one or two people free-of-charge. The only exception to this is the Website Platform setup where we provide two free sessions spaced one month apart to give you a chance to 'play' between sessions. However, learning anything new does require your active participation and the desire to want to learn. If you do not want to understand how your system works and to learn how to use it, and you want us to do everything for you, our prices are set out below. On top of these we will charge a monthly maintenance fee for enabling us to make changes to your website for you when required (this fee will vary depending on your individual requirements). If you require further training - for whatever reason - then our training charges will apply. Design Costs Website design requires highly skilled people who have years of experience. Often people who may have experience in the area of print design feel that they can easily create great looking websites. Don't be fooled! A website is a completely different medium to print (i.e. Just as a good guitarist cannot simply pick a up a violin for the first time and begin to play like a virtuoso, each creative medium in the advertising/marketing world has it own unique properties and requires a great deal of practice for one to become proficient in that art form). Be aware that time does not necessarily equate to quality: the more competent the designer, usually the faster the job can be completed. However, the cost of a design does not just come down to the time it takes to complete the job. Some components of a design can be expensive to produce - e.g. if you require animation in a design, depending on what you want, this can be very expensive. Likewise, if you need a photographer for capturing images to enhance your brand or a full blown branding creative complete with a logo, 'hero shots' and color work-ups, you may quickly find the costs skyrocketing. We have tried to simplify the process to again make it affordable for everyone, yet ensuring that we only create great results. By breaking the design down into component parts we can ensure you can get the design you are after - one that fits within your budget. Products added to the e-Commerce system for selling via your website.
Copy Writing The Content Management System (CMS) enables you to add all your own content without needing any previous experience. If you can use Microsoft Word, you can add your own content to your website! However, it is not usually a question of 'can you add the content?', it is more a question of 'do you know what to write?', 'do you know how to lay it up so that it is appealing to read?' and 'do you have the time to get it done quickly?' - remember, your website is being hosted the day it is setup. While we do give you a month's grace before we start charging you hosting fees, you still must pay for the hosting of your website whether you have content on it or not or whether your domain name is pointed at it or not (i.e. whether the site is 'live' or not). We can provide you with professional copy writing services - we can even create an entire brand story for your business. However, most of the time all you will need is simply a little help in deciding what you need, a trained eye to check out what you have written and help in making it look good on your website. We try and create a balance of helping you to get the right results and keeping our involvement to a minimum so as to keep the overall costs of creating your website down. Nevertheless, do be aware that the less the cost, the more you will have to do yourself - time is money. Product Catalogue While adding products to your system could not be easier - and we do have full importing facilities to enable you to quickly upload and update your product catalogue - most companies struggle to get their product data organized and onto their website. This then becomes a barrier to quickly getting your site 'live' and producing results. We can assist you with every aspect of creating a complete online catalogue. This can even be combined with our Stock Manager plug-in to enable you to manage and control stock levels and availability, etc. As with anything, the more you can do the less the overall cost of setting your website up will be.
